TERMS & CONDITIONS: All support plans are based on prepaid monthly contacts.
All contracts must be paid in full by every 3rd of the month by
check or online credit card payment. You can only upgrade to higher
star plan after your monthly term has ended. Unused hours do not
roll over to next month. Basic rate is $65 without contract, payable
5 business days after invoice is received. All Network Service projects
are by signed & agreed written quote only. All projects require
a 60% deposit at the start of work and to be paid in full 14 business
days after project has ended.
